It is part of a protected ecosystem (Natura 2000) making it one of the best places in the world for all these water sports! It is also surrounded by sandy isolated beaches full of small shells and turquoise waters, a sand dune and a salt lakes with pink flamingos.

1.5 HOURS A DAY WATER SPORTS

(6 SESSIONS/LESSONS)

The 4km sandy beach, shallow waters and moderate summer winds, make it one of the best places for windsurfing, kitesurfing, wingsurfing and foiling in the world. All activities are taught for beginners level with instructors to get you going on the water! These are all beginner friendly and the instructors aim to have you pro by the end of the week ;)

The Wellness Squad, like all TTS experiences is tailored for you to ​come away from the trip with your own squad! If you come away ​from these trips with a new friend to carry on your travels, then ​we've done our job!!!

This week will be full of games, challenges, Icebreakers, Activities and plenty of social opportunities from camp fire gatherings at night to volleyball tournaments in the day.

The remote Island of ‘Lemnos’ has very low light pollution meaning starry nights like the photos beow!!

We’ll also be doing multiple Silent cinema nights under the stars!

(We have 50 Headphones so it will be done in groups)

Day 0 Meet up

in ATHENS

Majority of people will be flying in to Athens Airport. This is the perfect opportunity for us to host meet ups to get some early socialising in whilst ticking off the city and exploring its ancient ruins from the bucket list!

Day 0 is not a part of the trip and not mandatory but a great opportunity to connect with fellow TTS members.

BREATHWORK WORKSHOP WITH ICE ​BATHS + TRAINED PROFFESIONAL

We’re now taking 6 ice baths and a Breathwork professional to offer a A 4 hour full ​immersive experience, exploring the breath through conscious connected ​breathwork and learning how we hold onto stored energy, emotion and trauma. ​Learning ways to release it, through the breath and stepping into the ice and gaining ​control of your mind’ (€46) we are also offering just the Breathwork session with ​the trained professional for (€23).
